At Chieko Seventh-day Adventist Church, our mission is simple: to exalt Jesus Christ. We believe salvation is a free gift received solely by grace through faith in Christ. He is our Savior, our High Priest in the heavenly sanctuary, our Sabbath Rest, and our coming King.

Our History & Heritage

Nestled in the heart of Kasarani, Nairobi, Chieko Seventh-day Adventist Church began as a modest gathering of dedicated believers filled with a passion for prayer and systematic Bible study.

From its humble origins as a branch Sabbath School under the supervision of neighboring Adventist congregations in the Nairobi station, God blessed the small fellowship with rapid spiritual and numerical growth. Through earnest prayer, personal evangelism, and community outreach, the group expanded into a recognized company and eventually a full-fledged local church under the Central Kenya Conference (CKC).

Today, Chieko SDA stands as a vibrant beacon of hope in Kasarani—a spiritual family where individuals from all walks of life find salvation, community, and purpose in Christ Jesus.

Our Spiritual Journey

Humble Beginnings: Established as a prayer cell and Sabbath School branch to serve Adventists residing in Chieko, Kasarani.
Growth & Evangelism: Expanded through door-to-door visitation, public evangelistic crusades, and active youth ministries.
Organized Church: Officially organized into a full church within the Central Kenya Conference network.
Today's Vision: Empowering families, nurturing youth, and sharing God's three angels' messages with the Kasarani community.
